Valedictorian in 1990 of Hurricane High School and served an LDS mission in New Jersey. Bachelors Degree in Economics, lettering all 4 years in football and track, and received All Conference Honors as an offensive lineman at Centre College in Danville, Kentucky.
Received law degree from the J. Ruben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1999. Admitted to the Utah Bar in Federal and State Courts that same year and started his own law firm in early 2000.
Served on the Washington County School Board and was the 2010 President of the Southern Utah Bar Association. Travis has served on the Southern Utah Bar Association Board of Directors since 2005.
Received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah in 1965. In 1973 he graduated from Southwestern University of Law in Los Angeles with a Juris Doctor.
Alan started the practice of law in Hollywood, California. Many of Alan’s cases have been the subject of National Media such as the Estate of Billionaire, Howard Hughes; State of Utah v J.C. Gardner (Capital murder); City of St. George v Brent Allen Turner (First amendment rights) are but a few.
Alan is now practicing today in St. George and California after approximately 4 decades of Trial practice.
Is known in the St. George community as very successful personal injury attorney, having practiced in the area of personal injury law for over 16 years. Michele brings to the law firm of Boyack, Christiansen & Chambers the ability to focus on the smallest of detail necessary to obtain significant settlements for personal injury clients. This focus to detail also complements her skills as a bankruptcy attorney. Michele has experience in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, probate, guardianships, juvenile defense, and chapters 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy. Education: JD, Brigham Young University. Received his Juris Doctorate from J. Reuben Clark Law School and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Brigham Young University’s Graduate School of Management in 1988. During law school, he clerked for the Utah Attorney’s Office, Criminal Appeals Division, preparing legal arguments heard by the Utah Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. He also handled all legal expedition matters for the State. After graduation, he went to work for Hewlett Packard (HP) as a Contract Manager, reviewing and responding to major U.S. Government requests for proposals, requests for information, and contracts with national aerospace companies.
Christina Hopkinson is a certified paralegal and a licensed Realtor with 11 years of experience. She handles the paperwork for all the bankruptcies and many of the other cases in the office. During her real estate career she has been part of more than $15 million in real estate transactions. She is a great practical resource for BCC when it comes to real estate matters. Born and raised in Utah, she hails from Salt Lake City and has lived and worked in St George for the past 16 years. Christina graduated from Pine View High school, attended Real Estate school and most recently has completed her paralegal studies program with Post University in Connecticut.
